We provide customized tailoring services, including the design and delivery of made-to-measure clothing based on the measurements and preferences you provide through our website.

Not use our website for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Maintain the confidentiality of your account login information

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Thai Baht or selected currency.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

5. Measurements & Fitting

Since our products are custom-made, accurate body measurements are essential. We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. If you need help, please contact our support team before placing your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and production queue.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for customized garments unless:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
The product does not match the specifications agreed upon

If eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request a resolution.
